Charles D. Wilson - General CounselCharlie Wilson has more than ten (10) years experience in real estate and business law. A former Principal at Gray Plant Mooty he has become an active member of the Global One Commercial Development Group. His responsibilities at Global One Commercial include every phase of development projects with specific emphasis on the due diligence phase and commercial development legal issues. Charlie is also charged with advising on all general business conditions and corporate decision making.
Over the years Charlie has concentrated his practice in the area of real estate and business transactions. In addition to his responsibilities at Global One Commercial, in 2009 he was a founding shareholder of the Charles Wilson Law Office. During his years of practice and working in the business community, he has represented a significant number of local landlords. Charlie has worked with a variety of tenants, property and business owners, lenders, contractors, architects, corporate real estate departments and developers. He is a 1996 Graduate (cum laude) of the University of Minnesota Law School. In 1991 his undergraduate work was completed at Connecticut College where he received his B.A. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in the State of Minnesota.
