Mark Globus is a commercial real estate veteran with over sixteen (16) years of industry experience. He has worked on numerous office space lease transactions and industrial warehouse space deals during his commercial real estate career.  He has worked with both Colliers International (formerly NAI Welsh Companies) and GVA Marquette Advisors. Mark started his commercial real estate career as an Associate at Colliers International, working in both their Office Brokerage and Industrial Brokerage divisions. He also served as Vice President in charge of the GVA Marquette Advisors Corporate and Investment Group. Mark has worked with businesses of all sizes including a number of Fortune 500 companies. His clients include Sony/BMG Music, The Coca-Cola Company, Prudential Insurance, ConoccoPhillips, Bombardier Incorporated, Interpublic Advertising, Tyco International, Thomson Reuters, RBC Dain Rauscher, Acosta Sales & Marketing Company and Andersen Corporation. 

He has negotiated lease deals for both office and industrial space across the entire metropolitan area.  His years in the industry have made him a true specialist in locating and negotiating aggressive deals for his clients.  Mark left GVA Marquette Advisors in 2005 in order to create his own commercial real estate brokerage and development company Global One Commercial.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry Mark served as Assistant General Counsel of Simitar Entertainment, a Minneapolis based company specializing in music compilation albums, video movies, and computer games.  As a corporate attorney he was responsible for negotiating a variety of entertainment based transactions. Preceding his work as an attorney he had the opportunity to work in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles for several leading media companies.

Mark holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in law from William Mitchell College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and is active in the Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA).  Mark graduated with Honors from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities), where he completed his undergraduate work in Business, Speech-Communications and Political Science.  He has also served in the U.S. Army Reserves and trained at Fort Benning, GA.
