    Global One Commercial's Development Group focuses on in-fill development projects in Minneapolis and inner ring suburbs.  We have the unique insight to be able to scrutinize often overlooked sites and present more strategic uses for the real estate. "Highest and Best Use" is more than just an expression for our company, it is in fact a term of art-as we tactically approach a new development project.  Our company prides itself on being able to move expeditiously to get projects moving forward and into construction.  We work closely, hand-in-hand with cities, to adhere to strict city planning and entitlement issues.

    We feel it is very important to work together with neighborhoods making sure all "stakeholder" concerns are taken into consideration.  We place extra effort into designing attractive buildings that fit well into their surroundings.  We know a project is a reflection on our company-so we feel it is in our interests to develop very high quality developments.  Global One is currently focusing on developments in the following areas; multi-family apartments, senior buildings (senior care), hotels, neighborhood retail centers, and medical buildings.
